As AC Sys has grown we’ve seen increasing demand for special purpose machinery, often taking a core machine and automating its ancillaries to cut manufacturing labour and deliver a complete production cell. Our experience lets us evaluate and integrate safety systems so the entire cell operates as a single, seamless production unit.

We design and build bespoke solutions including robotic pick and place and bin picking cells, de nesting and stacking systems, hot plate welding stations, laser marking and liquid filling machinery, all delivered with full control, HMI and validation for reliable deployment.
