Panel Build

Unlike many panel builders, AC Sys can design, manufacture and fully test panels: including commissioning with working software. This is a core business aim: to deliver panels ready for service so onsite modifications are minimised, and the electrical and control systems operate as a single, validated unit.

Our view is panel building isn’t just about wires in a box—it’s about understand standing your process, budget, and long-term vision, to engineer a complete system.

We have vigorous quality procedures and prior to despatch every every panel undergoes structured quality checks and functional testing. Keeping manufacture internal gives us direct control of component traceability, workmanship standards and corrective actions, shortens lead times for design iterations, and ensures panels arrive onsite ready for straightforward installation.
